Hello Parents and Students! Welcome to 8th-grade Science! This is my 3rd year teaching science at Shivela. I spent the first 24 years of my career teaching high school science. My journey included teaching a bunch of great science courses ranging from Honors Biology, Physics and Honors Genetics to Honors Chemistry and AP Chemistry. I have been blessed to coach football and basketball, working with some amazing student athletes over the years. I am very excited to work with our middle school students, inspiring a sense of wonder and curiosity for the world around them. This is such a Magicland important chapter in the lives of our kids where valuable skills and important habits are established, leading to future success at the high school level and beyond.
