I’m thrilled to be teaching Social Studies Essentials this year. This is my first year as a teacher, and I couldn’t be more excited to begin this journey with you! Before becoming a teacher, I spent over 15 years as a retail district manager and buyer. Outside of school, I’m married and a proud mom to two amazing boys, plus four dogs and a cat who definitely keep things lively at home! I enjoy spending time outdoors — especially at the beach — and I love all things Disney and Disneyland. I also enjoy baking, and in my free time, you might find me singing (I’ve even sung the National Anthem at minor league baseball games!).
