Hello Panthers!

I am so excited to have you here with me!  I teach Intro to Art, Unified Art, and Art 1.

In Intro to Art, students will learn the Elements of Art and Principles of Design and create/design projects that enhance their fundamental art skills.  Unified Art is an amazing class where students get to work closely with special education students and create a inclusive learning environment while creating art.  Art 1 is a step above Intro to Art where students use the Elements of Art and Principles of Design and apply them to Artist of the Month projects.

While all of these topics are a top priority, it is not the top priority in my classroom.  Art and school curriculum are very important to me; however, my promise to all students is learning how to be a respectful, responsible, safe, and self-sufficient human being.  As a teacher, I stand firm in teaching skills that students will be able to carry with them far beyond their time with me!
