Let me begin by sharing the first thing I share with all my students on Day-1, I'm excited to be here! I love teaching and I love the best middle school in Murrieta, Shivela Baby! 

To be successful in my classroom, students should be prepared to try and fail, I am more concerned about growth than perfection. They should bring their planners, writing notebooks (I prefer composition notebooks but a spiral notebook will also suffice), and their student IDs.

They should leave their phones silenced or turned off and in their backpacks unless told otherwise. Finally, they should be willing to take ownership for their success and failures.
